Hey y'all! I went to see my nephrologist Wed and got awesome news! My kidney function is improving! My creatinine is all the way down to 2.0...my protein excretion is down to under 2 grams; down from 5 grams! For those who don't know I was on dialysis from September of last year until March of this year with only 6% kidney function.

Sometimes I hesitate to share good news because I know many of you are suffering, but on the other hand let it serve as a reminder that no matter how dark things get there is always hope! My doctor was preparing me for a transplant, she never dreamed my kidneys would recover. I have been upgraded to stage III from end stage renal disease! God is AWesome!

I haven't been around as much lately, but you guys are always on my heart and in my prayers! Hang in there!!! Love ya, Judy
