Hi everyone and Happy New Year to all of you!...I hope you are able to achieve all your goals.

I was just wondering if anyone has gone to John's Hopkins...I am considering making an appointment there and would love to hear any input anyone can give on this hospital. Thank you!

JH is one of the premier places to go for rheumatology and neurology.  I know many people with myositis diseases like I have that have gone there because it is the only dedicated Myositis clinic in the world.  They are also very experienced treating other AI diseases like lupus and I would not hesitate going there.

I am currently a patient at JH. I started going there last year when my "mysterious symptoms" pointed to Lupus. I was diagnosed back in nov before the new year. I hope your visit/care proves well. I have had a great experience w/them so far, although they seem to be having a hard time understanding my symptoms outside of the skin & joints. = recently started seeing a neuro there as well. Take care and good luck! keep us posted :) -Brittanee
