Hello everyone
Hope everyone is doing well. I just have a couple of questions...I have been having muscle cramps around my ribs on my right side and in my back when i lie down. My rheumy has me on flexeril-10mg once a day, but it doesn't seem to work that well anymore. Does anyone else have anything like that going on? Also, I read alot where some of you recommend a hot cup of tea...can someone recommend a brand/flavor for evening relaxation?
Gentle hugs to all

I often have muscle cramps when i'm on prednisone. I see that you're on lasix too. I'm wondering if you are dehydrated?? Anyway...I don't do the hot tea thing, but there are plenty of people here who do. I'm sure they'll be along to make some recommendations. Hope you feel better soon! Bless ya, Judy
