Hey python, just wondering how you're fairing on the Imuran?  You and I started it pretty close together (3 days apart) and I've thought of you as I've been taking it with my daily meds.

Hi Ellie
So far so good on the Imuran, a little nausea and headaches but I'm not sure if that's the Imuran or the Crestor I've just been put on for my cholesterol. My rheumy has me taking the Imuran at bedtime to keep the nausea down I guess.
So how are you doing on it?

I definately noticed headaches for a good chunk of the first week, and also in the afternoon/evening my stomach wouldn't feel settled and I did feel nausious. The headaches have gone now, and so has most of the nausea. What I have noticed though is a slight increase in my energy, which is VERY positive and I hope it decides to hang around. I was so nervous starting the medicine, and am still feeling weird that I have to take it. Mentally I know that I'm sick, but sometimes it just seems surreal and like is this really me? I need what medicine to be ok? I think that because people around me see me "looking healthy" they've a hard time believing that I need to be on an immunosupressant. Anyways, so far so good for me Donna. Thanks for asking.
