Hello Everyone! I hope you're having a good beginning of the weekend so far. I'm curious if anyone else has had fibrous tumors removed in the past? I was doing some major research yesterday and found a couple journal articles that talked about lupus (I believe it was the Crest syndrome of scleroderma actually), connective tissue diseases and fibrous tumors.  Another question,...how about shaking, tembling so much that at first I had to hold my hand that control my mouse with my other hand to use the mouse. Sometimes it's (the trembling, shaking..whatever you want to call it) so bad that even with holding one hand with the other, I can barely control my mouse! I can type fine, it's just, I guess that angle in which my arm is at when I use my mouse that is the cause of the symptom. Again, anybody with any ideas on this one?

Hi Diana,

I've had a couple of benign tumors removed before....years ago. I don't know if they were "fibrous" tumors though.

I've also had hand tremors very bad at times, but I don't know if that is due to the lupus. I have a lot of stuff going on....it's hard to figure out which illness is responsible for which symptoms. I have Lyme disease too, which can cause a lot of neurological symptoms and can actually mimic MS or lupus.

Anyway, I don't think I was of much help to you, but I thought you deserved a reply! Even if it isn't very informative... sad

Take care....keep us posted on what you find out!
