My name is Marnina and I am doing a graduate degree in industrial design. I am currently taking a course in design and human factors in medicine and for my final project am designing a pill dispenser meant for individuals who care for themselves and live active lifestyles.

The survey can be accessed on the website www.advancedsurvey.com in the box where it says take a survey please enter survey number 71836.

All results will be completely anonymous, they will be used only for the purpose of this project and will not be distributed or published.

Your help is much appreciated.
