Has anyone ever had the skin in the palms of their hands to peel off and be dry despite lotion application? Also having really bad acne break out on face, back and chest. Still having alot of joint pain since I am tapering off Prednisone (40mg now). Having to take pain medication just to get out of the bed in the morning.

I read the post about fingers and hands peeling. You mentioned TIA, and I wonder if the peeling started after the TIA.
Last Friday I had my first TIA, ended up in the hospital for 2 days and have spent 3 days this week going to numerous test, like EEG, MRI, and MRA, as well as CT scans. Tuesday of this week my fingers started to peel, and then spread to the rest of both my hands. I'm wondering if this is related to what happened last Friday. My legs felt like heavy weights all week and my joints are very painful. I have Sjogren's, Fibromyalgia, and Arthritis, but only a few Lupus markers. I'm 54 and really don't know what is causing all this. If anyone has had similar symptoms I would really like to know what you did. Thanks for your time and I look forward to hearing from you.

I have had peeling on fingers, elbows and feet bottom maybe 4 times within 8 years. Nobody had a clue BUT now MS might be a possibility.

This is weird but my 18 month old grandson's feet and hands were peeling for weeks and the doctors couldn't figure it out. It just stopped eventually. That was like 4 months ago now his 7 year old sister is doing the same thing. No other symptoms. hummmm
