Sleeping problems for months now...

I have been reading about other sleep issues and meds everyone is taking...Ive had a issue for about 3 months now. Saw my specalist and he prescribed me Trazadone 50 mg. It seemed to help I felt just a bit tired once it kicked in then slept great. All my problems seem to be much better for 2 weeks... then outta no where for no reason is stated again followed by lower back pain probly from tossing and turning night after night so again saw my specalist he upped my Trazadone and boy once it kicks in my legs feel all wably when i walk so then i know its time to go to again about 2 weeks or so later i was having restless sleep i could sleep but would toss and turn wake up for 2 hrs then sleep again causing me to sleep in ... not good. It seemed to correct itself after 3 days now a 8 days later all over again. meds dont help dont affect me awake or help sleep, up all night and i dont know what else to do. Specalist dosnt really care for me latly as im always in there with new probs. I just know when i can sleep i feel  almost normal  only hurts or have issues when i do more them my daily activities. but with litte or no sleep im always runnign on fumes... Anyone else have this problem.??? 
 Im currently taking plaqunil, baby asprin, ib profin, and trazadone 100 mgs.  daily...

4:10 am here, and I'm awake. That alone should answer the question "Does anyone else not sleep?" lol

I take Trazodone 300mg nightly - usually that gets me sleeping for 8-10 hours. BUT there are times when stress is a big component in sleep -- so I also take Xanax at bedtime to relax.

If I accidentally forget and have chocolate or something with caffeine later in the day - say after 5pm -- that can mess up the whole sleep plan (like it did this night).

Best is a regular sleep plan...take meds same time every night, relax with warm tea, bath, whatever calms your mind. Make sure the bedroom is quite, dark, without TV or other electronics. Get up at a regular time. Finish your last meal 4 hours before sleep.

I've also been hvin lots of problems wit sleeping but I dnt tk any meds 4 it 
