I have heard a member report that Vasculitis made her feel hot, like you are describing. I don't think she ever found a remedy for it, though. Sorry.

Hi Carla. I don't have vasculitis, but I sweat terribly. I sweat from the slightest activities and as you'd expect I can't wait for summer to be over. Things that help me: get a soft gel freezer pack, wrap a towel around it and place it under your pillow. Also consider buying cooling pads made to sleep on and a cooling pillow. Amazon has a variety. I recently bought a cooling towel that I use outside. I also keep a clean wash cloth in my purse and don't hesitate to use it in public to dry my dripping face, neck, hair.

Two of my docs say this reaction to heat is a result of my meds. Oh, I also don't shower right before I go out. I get relief from the heat during the shower but begin sweating as soon as I am done. I hope this helps a little. Love, Butterflake

I am always hot.....lol,I guess we are all made different.I tend to hate summer for that reason.I tend to sweat in nervous situations or when I have high physical activity.Thats how I am made .
I wanna try cooling memory foam pillow and mattress topper .

I have lupus and was never checked for Lyme.

I guess I have Reynolds as I have seen blue tips of my toes and fingers.
I stay away from frozen section in grocery stores,I feel cold easily.
I am recently starting to see high Blood pressure.
I don't take hot showers or steam due to that reason,I take cool showers.
I loved hot showers before but had to give it up since lupus was diagnosed.
Also my body reacts to any kinda light bulbs also.
I just observe my body a lot how it reacts.

I can lose weight if I want to but being hypothyroid makes it harder.
