I'm trying to get more insights on whether living in a certain place would help prevent lupus flares. Has any of you moved and felt better? It seems like extreme heat/sun, winters, rain, etc. are all bad. Any thoughts on what types of living situation are most ideal? confused

I live in the foothills of GA. It seems okay for me. It's far enough north to avoid extreme heat of summer, but far enough south to not get snow.

Do you wear sun protective clothing? I buy most of my clothing from coolibar.com. They have wonderful lightweight clothing that protects but is breathable.
