So much of what happens to we Lupies is mysterious and strange - I try to always remember that Lupus means "wild auto-immune system that attacks anything randomly". It's probably Lupus deciding to attack your face.
That said, the treatment is probably more targeted to what's going on than it is to Lupus. Maybe some kind of inflammatory skin thing? Maybe a dermatologist?
Sorry, I haven't heard of anything quite like that - I'm sure you are drinking water in an attempt to help your liver out. That's about
the only suggestion I have.
