Hey Frank,

Sorry to hear you might be in a flare up.  I get that dead leg feeling when I'm flaring.  I also got it when I was anemic.  Did you get a CBC blood panel done?  I can't think of any other reason why you'd have that kind of pain.  Except for maybe Fibro?  keep in touch with your rheumy about it and hopefully it will just go away on its own.

Keep the faith!

Frank,

I'm also sorry to hear you are flaring and will have to go back on meds. My legs will hurt like that also when flaring or if I try walking for over 5 minutes at a time without stopping. I agree that fibro can cause this type of pain too. I hope your doctor gets this under control for you soon so you will feel better. Keep us updated and take care. You will be in my thoughts and prayers.

Hey Frank ((((hugs))))) I am sorry to hear things are starting up again!!! I've been getting a similar sensation in my legs here lately. My calves burn like I've ran a mile, now it's move up to my thighs too. It just started out of the blue. My legs also go thru spells where they feel weird when I am laying down. Just one more thing to add to my list...... take care!

Yes, my doc did take blood for testing. I just had them done just a month ago and all came back great. We did talk about my legs then, but nothing came of it. This is the first time that my legs were like this at the doctors office. Thanks
