How many of you still having periods lose weight instead of gain? I lose 7 lbs while on mine so I thought that I would ask.

Sorry I gain about 4 lbs when I start and lose it all at the end. I feel like a balloon during that time of the month. I could stand to lose a few lbs so I wouldn't mind the weight loss so I'll take whatever you are having :-)

i tend to lose weight when im on my period too. i have no idea why but i just assumed it was because i got cramps and usually just lay in bed and dont eat as much as i usually do. (this is really gross) but i tend to move my bowels more frequently when im on my period too which could also attribute to the weight loss...

Hi, I agree with misscali
I lose weight and put it all down to this being the ONLY time i move my bowels properly. I can drop a full dress size easily.
