Hi sheryl! I'm doing ok. thanks. I just got up did a couple of stretching exercises and drinking my coffee. I decided to try to get my muscles strengthened because of my osteoporosis. If I can take better care of my muscles than I can protect my bones more. Well at least it sounds good on paper. LOL. I hope your hubby is doing better today. Plus you need to take care of yourself you know. I read in your other post you wern't able to take your meds properly yesterday because of the surgery. Have you read the article on spoons yet? I never have the link dog gone it! I think it should be a manditory read when people come here. Than again I would'nt have appreciated it when I first got here like i do now.

Ok sorry I'm rambling. I know I shouldn't get on here with out at least two cups of coffee in me. So what I'm getting at is you need to take extra care of yourself today so you don't go down hill from being off schedule yesterday. I'm so glad your hubby is involved in your health. That must make a big difference. I wish you didn't have to wait so long for your appt. If you have any visible symptoms between now and than you need to take pictures. Such as swelling and rashes. Because sure as heck they won'5t be there when you go to the doctor.

Well anyway I just wanted to say thank you so much for checking on me. My face still itches and my breathing isn't the best. It's the stupid weather! Humid! I really want to shoot my dog. I've done everything I can and he still has fleas. So now trying to keep them from infesting my house. Which creates work for me that I really am not up for. I guess if that's all I have to complain about I'm doing pretty good.

Take care relax and have a good day

hugs

carol

Carol,

No shooting your dog, please (*grins*). What have you tried for the fleas? The best stuff is that once a month liquid you squirt on their back (can't remember the name). Of course, with 9 cats and a dog, I wait till the fleas are bad before I spend the money for everyone!

Sheryl,

Rest, rest and more rest! When I have to get something done but I'm suffering from fatigue (the constant battle), I make a plan that involves resting before a little bit of work before rest again. I can't go much done at one time anymore so try to take "baby steps".

I hope both you ladies have a good day.

*hugs*

Sue, I have gotten the pills from the vet that they take and within a half an hour the fleas start to die. than I gave him a flea bath. Well my nephew did. No way I could fight a 60 lb dog. Than I got heart 2 and 1 flea powder. put on him and the carpet. The fleas are bad enough but when he starts scratching his hair flies everywhere. So I have to sweep it up. I'm having a hard time keeping up on it. If he wasn't my best friend he'd be gone! LOL. Oh yeah I've cleaned and treated his bedding too. I don't know if it's because we have gotten so much rain this year that the fleas are going nuts. He didn't have them last year. I know what you are talking about that you squirt on their back I guess that will be my next step.
thanks for the tip good luck with all your critters
love ya

Put moth balls in vacum cleaner and that will help kill them in the carpet.

Hope everyone is feeling better and have a good painfree weekend.
