Weight watchers up date I am going to start this and for those who would like to join you can now join and use the on line service  with it now you pay about 3.00 more but you can get lots of info from it. It is $39.00 a month and that includes all the meeting and there is no start up fees. I will be weighed in every Wednesday and I will up date. For those who would like to join and update your progress with us every week I would love to hear from you. The one good thing about weight watchers is you eat regular food you do not have to go out and spend $$$$$ on other food. I am excited to see others want to do this. If you are game we can do it as a group. More support the better. More power to the lupies

Lupus since 2005, MCT since 2005 polymysoitis since 2005,Arthritis since2005 sjogren's syndrome since 2005, vertigo since 2006,migrains since 2006, diabetes since 2006, Depression since 2004. who would not be with all of this.

I just try to make it threw every day as best I can.
God please remember I am on the diet platter.

Hi Denise . . . Thanks for the motivation. I actually have done Weight Watchers and it is a great program. I reached goal and got below my goal weight and kept it off for about 2 or 3 years and then I gradually gained it back by make poor food choices. You'll learn a lot and get lots of encouragement. Keep us updated!!!

Blessings!!

I joined WW today too.  I also weighed 2 pounds less than I thought which was good.  I'm excited about doing this.  I did it before but did not stick but that was before I was diagnosed with anything.  Now I want to just get as healthy as I can.  I'll keep you posted with my losses.
