i just wanted to let those who are looking for books about lupus know that i found some really great ones to read, i forgot whether or not we are allowed to post the names of the book, so if u want email me or if i get the ok, i will post them, i haven't finished them but they are very informative and answer a lot of questions, they answered a lot for me and i have been reading up on lupus for like 10 years, so let me know if you want the titles or the authors.

We are allowed to share names of books. We can't sell them though. So . . .if I had a website that sold the books, I could not include a link to that website. Go ahead and share the names of the books. It is great when books come recommended by another lupan. Also, The Lupus Resource Center (provided by Healing Well) does sell many books and things so make sure to check out that link to see if the book you want is available through this website. Its a great way to support the cost of providing this forum.

Blessings!

thanks Rosie, the books i have right now are "Lupus Alternative Therapies That Work", its great for those who are trying to use not only western medicine but eastern medicine and other forms of therapies, by Sharon Moore and she actually has lupus. And "Lupus Q and A, Everything You Need To Know" by Robert Lahita and Robert Phillips, I like this book because it answers the questions that you dont even think to ask your doctor and more, and i am also reading "The Lupus Book" by Dr. Wallace that someone else recommended on this forum and that is really good too, it gives you a lot of info that you may not know and it helped me know that a lot of the stuff is not in my head but was real.

My doctor actually bought me a copy of "The Lupus Book" by Dr. Wallace. I really recommend it also. It is very straight forward and factual. Judy
