I've had a headache for a couple of days, my legs feel like weights, my skin is itchy but I haven't been in the sun, my mouth aches like a joint would ache, and now I've found a knot in the middle of my forehead.Even my hair on the right side of my head makes my head hurt. I woke up this morning with right of head hurting where ear is but after I got up and moved around that pain went away.

My temp has been all over the place today. My normal temp is 97.5 but today just sitting still it has gone up to 99.5. I took some ibrprofin
it's seems to have helped temp.

Does any of this sound like something you all might have had in the past or now?

Thanks
Veronica

Sound's like things my body normally does if I've not gotten enough food or sleep. Pamper yourself for a couple of days and if it doesn't go away, or gets worse, give the dr a call. It's probably not a flare (yet), but could be if you keep doing too much. At least that's how things work for me....

Hi Veronica:

Sounds like you possibly are going into a flare. My body used to do like yours. After 2003 I never got rid of my raised temp, mouth and nasal sores. Rashes, fatigue and joint pain. I'd agree with Lynn take some time for yourself and see if you begin to feel better than you did.

I hope that if this is a flare that it's a quick one and gone before you know it. I wish you well and please let me know how you are doing. If you're not feeling better by Monday I'd give your doctor a call.

Take Care,
Barbara
