I'm in a little flare, mostly pain, and every time I get on to post I seem to get overwhelmed and too tired to post. Here comes my unnecessary guilt.....I feel bad for not being there for all of you and know that many are also feeling especially bad right now. I do read your posts and perhaps what I should do is not go into my long responses but just let you know that I'm here. No need to tell me I shouldn't feel bad about not posting because we all give each other so much space and support.

Just want you all to know how much you mean to me and that I get much comfort just reading everyone's posts and it gives me joy to see everyone being so supportive of each other.

A big ((((hug))))) to all of you, especially those of you who are suffering right now.

Love,

Pat

Pat, like the others said, get lots of rest and take care of yourself. I hope your pain gets under control soon. I think the pain can magnify everything else and can certainly add to fatigue. You are in my thoughts and prayers. I'm having some weird brain fog issues right now so I'm having a hard time puting my thoughts into words.

Love and hugs

Thanks Babs, Rosie, Marji, and Hippi for all your encouraging words.

Hippi, I hope your tummy is better. What's going on with your brain fog? Do you think you have a bug or could you be going into a flare? I hope you feel better this week!

Love,

Pat

Pat - that was nice of you.  I wish I could still write in flare. I tend to hide.  Realize it takes a lot out of you to write, the effort was very sweet.  I hope you make it through this one okay.  Rest.  Funny, how much resting helps.  When I go through the flares without a major hit, I almost feel guilty (like I got away with something I shouldn't have).  We'll see - I'm on my one day at a time kick.  Remember they come and, thankfully, they go.  I'll pray yours goes quickly.  As well as everyone elses.  Can't believe so many of us have gotten hit recently.  Tough year.  The down side to the end of summer I guess.  I always get it this time of year, that and after the holidays.  Nothing like stress to do you in.

Well, on that note, take it real easy and I hope to hear from you soon.  Hugs - Kristin

Kris, thanks so much. I dug myself a hole and have rested in it all day. I've wondered myself why so many of us are feeling especially bad and yes, it has been a tough year. I've had a sad day today as I got word that one of my closest friends passed away last night. It makes me so sad but I realize how much I have to be grateful for. Thanks for helping to pick me up.

Love,

Pat

Pat, I'm so sorry to hear about your friend. I hope you'll keep resting and that all of us who are feeling so bad get some relief soon. You are in my thoughts and prayers during this sad time.
