Hi Everyone.  I've been working from home for several days and it is a GREAT help.  On a less positive note, I went to the dentist yesterday and fell in the parking lot even though I had my cane.  Not hurt badly, just scraped and sore, but I made an appt to see my neurologist next week because my balance sucks.  I had a brain MRI a few weeks ago and it was normal, but the neuro said if the falls continued to come back and see him.  Since the MRI was normal, probably all he can do is some sort of witch doctor brain dance (as opposed to a rain dance).  Happy Halloween!!

Hi Butterflake,
I have balance issues too.  I've had many MRI's, cat scans, visits to a dizziness clinic, ear/nose/throat doctors, and no one can diagnose what is going on.  Most likely just the disease process.  For me anyway.  I hope you can get some concrete answers.  If you do I'd love to know what they told you!  This drives me crazy!

(((((Butterflake))))))) sorry you are having falling issues. It really leaves you shaken, doesn't it? Let us know what your neuro doctor does/find.

Oh Donna, that's terrible! You could have been really hurt! Do you get dizzy like you feel like passing out or just off balance? Hippi posted about this the other day. Maybe you will have to get one of the walkers for at least when you are out and about atleast until they find out what's going on with you. What do you have to use the cane for now? If it will help you out I'll do a brain dance with with your doctor.
love ya

Hope you can get straightened out soon, it sounds scary,
