I have to fast sunday night and go have it done at the hospital monday morning. Than I have to go an hour and half tuesday to see this new pulm. Last Friday it was the Heart thing. I swear one of these days I'm gonna turn off the lights and glow in the dark! scool
Anyway I said all this because I doubt I'll be around until Tuesday night. I do have to admit I am a little nervous about what this pulm doctor is going to say. So please think possitive for me.
thanks God bless

Carol, I'm sorry you are having to go through all of these tests and all the worry that goes along with them. I don't blame you for being nervous about seeing the pulm doc since your lungs aren't doing so well. You will definitely be in my prayers. Let us know how it goes when you are feeling up to it.

Lots of love,
hippi

Hi Carol:

I'm sorry for all the tests. I know with everything they put us through you'd think we would glow in the dark. I just wanted you to know I'll be thinking of you. Lots of prayers for a good report coming your way.

Carol,

I'm actually glad you are having these tests and seeing the pulm doc. I hope they figure out exactly what is wrong so you can begin to build a game plan and attack this thing(s)!! I know it is a huge effort and it is probably scary too . . . I'll be thinking about you and waiting for your update Carol!!

Blessings!

thank you ladies. Well I had the ultra sound this morning. It was supposed to be on my liver. It turned out they got me in an hour late and than they had me inthere forever. They checked my liver they checked my kidney and the checked my pancreas. Anyway I didn't plan right and ran out of o2. Thank goodness I didn't have to do anything but they there. Somthing weird happened though. I actually was in a lot of pain after the ultra sound. She kept rubbing againt places that caused just awful cramps. I have never had that happen from a ultrasound before. It lasted several hours. (weird). well I think I'll try to get some sleep again. I have to go to Enid Oklahoma for my Pulm appt tomorrow. I am scared and excited at the same time. I feel like there is some hope anyway that they can do somthing to improve my quality of living. I'm not gonna get my hopes up to high but I'm not gonna be negative either.

love ya Ill let you know tomorrow what I find out.

Hang in there Carol. Hopefully after your pulminary appointment you will be able to come home and rest and. I hope the pulm doc can offer some hope for you and offer some treatment that might help.

I'm sorry to hear about the pain from the ultrasound - I've never heard of that either. Hopefully you'll get your results soon and that it will all be good news.

Love and hugs

Carol,

I feel so out of touch and have been wondering how you've been feeling. I'm sorry you're going through all this but like Rosie, I'm ready for them to get some answers so they can help you. I see you still have your sense of humor intact. tongue

The trip to Enid will probably be hard on you so they'd better make it worth your time and effort. Please let us know how things turned out, and keep on smilin'.

I've sure been thinking about you and send lots of bear hugs.
