I was wondering something... Is it possible for ANA tests to be positive sometimes and then negative another time?? Do medications play a role in the results if it was positive and now negative?? Just curious....
Hugs!

Yes to all your questions. My ANA was positive about nine years ago. Now it is negative. I take numerous meds that can make it show up negative for lupus. I hope this helps!
Prayers,

Hi Cathy,
Mine has been positive from the first time it was checked. I have seen alot of others say theirs has gone back and forth though, like Audrey Ann.
