Hi,

I remember someone mentioning that Dr. Lehman responds to emails. I'm trying to find a good ped. rheumatologist in this area and would like to get his recommendations.

Could anyone pass on his contact info?

Thank you so much!

Sorry, I didn't see this before - we had a long power outage due to the ice storms. The webpage is goldscout.com and they have his e-mail there.

He responded to an e-mail I sent regarding my son and was very helpful. Sometimes I think about flying my son out to New York to see him because there's not much for pediatric rheumatologists around us. Something he wrote in his book a lot was that the longer it took for an accurate diagnosis and treatment, the poorer the expected long term outcome.
Diagnosis:  UCTD (lupus) 2006; Raynauds 2006; Sjogren's 2006; lupus symptoms began 2003; CFS 1991; Mono 1985
Meds:  Plaquenil 400mg; Prednisone 5-10mg; Tramadol 100mg 3-4x daily; Doxepin 25-50mg; Prevacid; Steriod Cream and Mouth Rinse for tongue and mouth ulcers; Hydrocodone 5/500 prn for severe pain; Artificial tears
