Last Wednesday I developed a bull's eye rash. Went to Doc on Thursday and was started on doxycycline. This week I have debilitating "flu-like" symptoms and am unable to work. My first test came back negative so I went today for the Western Blot test. I'm told that the results from that might take up to two weeks.
My question is: Am I eligible for worker's comp before I get a positive test result? I can't find an answer on the website.
Any worker's comp related info would be helpful

When I posted this I was panicked.
I highly suspected that I did have Lyme
yet the first test was negative.

I did get a positive diagnosis on the second test
and three weeks later started receiving worker's comp.
