I have been sticking to the no sugar, no flour, no milk thing as prescribed by the dr... wut about different oils? Ive been eating mostly organic but I feel I'm eating all the same things everyday.. So what about organic air popped popcorn.. it has organic canola oil/organic safflower oil in it.. is this bad for my diet?

Corn is where they get the sugar for soda and lots of other processed foods so many consider it a bad food. I do however on occasion have a small amount popped in olive oil. Corn does have some nutritional benefits and in this form is not highly processed, so IMO it's OK on occasion to have air popped corn in small amounts.

But that's just my opinion, others consider corn a junk food!
