What in the world do I do for air hunger? It has gotten so bad lately that I am afraid I am going to stop breathing all together or that I will give myself a panic attack trying to get my breath! Any tips how to deal with it or any one else find that it is worse at different times of the month??
thank you~

Hi Limberlostgirl,

I don't have much advice, but I just wanted to tell you that I get that too.

Hi limberlostgirl! I am so sorry you are having this terrible symptom! I suffered from this too, before Babesia treatment. The drug treatment made it go away. Ask your doc if there is something to help with this--maybe a supplement, or maybe a detox bath/supplement to help get rid of the toxins that may be causing this. If you are killing off those Babesia creeps, you could be toxic. I have also wondered if breathing a little oxygen would help, but would have to ask the doctor---I never tried it. I think many lyme symptoms are worse around the female cycle---I guess it messes up our hormones etc. Best wishes to you. bablymers mom
