This diet is starting to get to me , and I've been binging after being great for 2 months.. why the no dairy? i understand the no sugar, no yeast reasons but unsure of why no diary?

Dairy protein promotes inflammation in the body, and many people have a sensitivity to milk proteins and/or are lactose intolerant. Ingesting things that add stress to the body is counter-productive when trying to heal from Lyme/coinfections.

Also, spelt is a variety of wheat, therefore contains the same proteins that promote inflammation as wheat does.

Meds:  Zofran, Pulmicort, Vitamin B12 Shots, Heparin (to flush PICC line).
