Has any one done this combo zithromax/flagyl?

My husband did zithromax and flagyl for 90 days but not much improvement. Lots of herxing....Doctor then decided on IV Rocephin, he has been on it for 4 weeks now and seeing more improvement. But different things seem to work different for each person. Good luck! I hope it does well for you. Bev

Similar experience here. Had some blazing Herxes, but no noticeable decrease in symptoms. Could very well have helped though if I'd been able to stay on it long enough, but the die off was causing some unbearable kidney pain. I woke up one night literally feeling as if someone had kicked me in the right kidney. I jumped out of bed in a panic and realized that my right hip also hurt so bad I had to limp. After drinking about 5 glasses of water the pain abated enough to go to sleep again.
