I know someone recently mentioned P73 oil of oregano. Was wondering if the regular or super strength is recommended? how many drops per day?

I just placed an order with iherb this am and want to add this to the order, so anyone who knows, please respond!

thanks!

I've tried oil of oregano. The supplement package recommend 4 drops in a glass of water or OJ. Unfortunately, it tasted so bad I didn't take it long and am now on nystatin and Diflucan. Grape seed extract may also help. Good luck.

You can get around the taste by getting empty capsules and putting drops of the oregano in the empty capsules and swallowing the capsules. Always take oregano oil with food, it is very strong.
