The B vitamins would be good. Especially B12 and B6

Co Q-10, Vitamin C are some good ones.

For none vitamins. I've found the greatest increase of energy from a mix of Oil of oregano and olive leaf. Take too much of it and you won't sleep at night.

I'll let someone add what you shouldn't take because you've got lyme. But I know you aren't to take CO Q-10 if you are taking mepron.

kendal,

This is not a vitamin, but you might want to look into D-Ribose.

Also have you had your B12 level checked? Mine was very low from Lyme.

Hope you find an answer, Minx

B12 that dissolves under your tongue and can be easily absorbed...

Vitamin C too.

kendal-you can buy them at the vitamin store in the mall. Make sure the B12 is cyanocobalamin the other one is no good. You might be able to find them in a health food store also. I think I only paid 12 or 13 dollars for a month supply.

Believe it or not, I added a good daily multi-vitamin to the mnix and I think this has really helped. I also had a specific vitamin B concoction ordered by my LLDr that may have also helped.
