Hi keephope! (love your name) Read the thread entitled "The Basics, Newbies check this out". It is at the top of the first page of this forum. There is a post by Deejavu that tells about her methods. Best wishes. bablymers mom

I believe in regular (at least 3-4 times a week) detox baths using 1 - 2 cups of Epsom salts in hot water. You can also add 1/2 - 1 cup baking soda and 1/2 - 1 cup Hydrogen Peroxide... but be careful of your hair and skin because it could dry you out.

I have done this steadily for several years. It helps relax me and helps to facilitate a good nights sleep.... I also believe it detoxes the body, although slowly... which is why you have to keep it up.

Hi keephope! i had my best results with taking healing earth (this is great for detoxing!!!) and sinapsis alba (whole seeds; one spoon a day, swallowed unchewed);
sometimes i use cilantro which i eat together with celeriac - that reduces the typical taste of the cilantro to an acceptable level for me.

In addition to detoxing, you might want to reduce your exposure toxic chemicals. Home cleaning products are a big potential source for toxic chemical exposure. Just look at the warnings on the labels. Replacing the toxic cleaners with nontoxics would reduce the load on your detox system.

For me sauna was the best detox method, and exercise. I used an infra-red sauna but some members here are having good luck with the personal, portable version.

I'll add mine here two of the most effective methods aren't listed in that sticky. Pharmax brand freeze-dried garlic did an amazing job of detoxing my ovaries and my adrenals as evidenced by a huge improvement in my sex drive and my energy level. Yaeyama chlorella did a great job of drastically improving my arthritis.
