Jennie, I am a weight lifter and I know how hard it was to stop working out when I was really ill. There is no need to get to the gym to exercise.
When I was home really sick, I was use my swiss ball, a few hand weights. walking, jump rope etc.
there are many exercises you can do at home that are as effective as going to the gym. The key to weight loss, effective weight loss, is all what you eat. A clean diet and eating 5-6 small clean meals a day will make you lose weight.
