Where do you get this done?  I live in central jersey.. any recommendations?

I don't know a great deal about allergy testing but have been told it can be inaccurate. There is a book called "is this your child" by Dr. Doris Rapp. It is an allergy elimination diet. You basically take all foods out of your diet that could cause an allergy(wheat, milk, corn, preservatives, etc.) then add them back in one at a time. Its a good book. (Not just for children) There is also a good diet at www.feingold.org which is a preservative free/dye free diet. Very good also.
