I asked earlier about EDTA and don't think this is a possibility for me since I have lots of silver fillings. And someone said the oral would not be useful.

So, How well do these 4 things: Garlic, Lumbrokinase, Nattokinase, Serrapeptase work? These are all oral too. Would they absorb better?

I posted some alternatives on that thread I think you missed. Here's a cut and paste of it.

For folks with amalgams who want to reduce their intrasititial mercury load, ALA and Chlorella are weak chelaters/binders that can reduce your levels if taken regularly for a few years. Your body is pretty good at storing away poisons like mercury where it'll do the least harm and these two won't mess with that, which you definitely don't want to do until you're ready and able to remove it all.

Also, yeah I do believe fresh or freeze-dried garlic is said to break up the biofilms for your immune to more easily destroy invaders. I certainly felt much better while going longterm therapy on freeze-dried garlic.
