Finally got a good night's sleep so had a good day.

Except for a weird panic attach I had suddenly, which I haven't had since I first got this and started getting treatment. I was with an annoying friend. She and I were driving back from lunch and I felt awful for losing my patience with her. I suddenly felt the left side of my chest tighten thinking about this.

So panic is new to me. It lasted five minutes.

It was raining this morning, so I cried. My feet started buzzing and I got scared. Buzzing is new to me too!

My lower lip trembled today from time to time -- brand new. Lyme or anxiousness the cause? Probably both!

I am kinda unhappy about my job in general. And layoffs loom, so having all these symptoms is par I suppose.

Energy level not too bad! that's good news.

Maybe I need to detox regularly.

I agree with your thought -----the need to detox! It might help. My friend gets weird symptoms when she eats something that does not agree with her, or that she is sensitive/allergic to. Pay attention to what you eat and see if there is a pattern. Best wishes. bablymers mom
