These are just a few things I take or use to get me through the day. It's been helping me for a few years so I wanted to share.

Spark Energy Drink- I started drinking this when I worked for a Chiropractor. The two doctors there believed in natural remedies and they drank it everyday. It has NO sugar. But, has a ton of vitamins and minerals. It has caffeine but from what the doctor explained to me, it's the outer part of the plant that they use. It gets me up and going in the morning and doesn't make me feel wired. It also has gabba in it for concentration and calming.

Sombra- This is a muscle rub that gets very deep into the muscle. I discovered this at the Chiroprator also. He used this on his patients. I have tried MANY different muscle rubs and this is the only one that goes deep and helps the pain. It relaxes my senses too. I sometimes put it on to just relax.

Batherapy- This is a natural mineral bath powder. I get the one with eucalyptus in it. I love this one. It relaxes the muscles big time and helps me sleep. I used to get it at Walmart but they stopped carrying it, so I order it online from Amazon.com.

These are just some things that make me feel better. If I think of anything else, I will post it.

You're very welcome:) I get a fullness feeling in my head sometimes. Mostly in my ears and I rub the Sombra or sometimes Bengay in the yellow and white box for arthritis, on the back and sides of my neck....all the way under my ears. It helps relieve the pain in my Lymph Nodes too.

I will look into that. sometimes I feel like I need a plug in my head to let out the air so it does not explode on me. I hate when I get the head pressure. thanks again.

No problem. The muscle rub doesn't cure the pressure but it relieves it and relaxes everything in that area. I hope you get relief soon.
