I am trying to get things "right" again - to the extent that that is possible for someone who has bad posture, sits at a computer all day and props up at night with a laptop, TV, or good gossip rag!

Anyways, any suggestions??

My head is somewhat better on claritin I guess.

I use a "buckwheat" head reast pillow that you usually would use on an airplane..... it is the ONLY think that has worked for me, but it's worked well!

I sleep on memory foam mattress and only have one medium thickness pillow - if my neck is really bad - I sometimes sleep with a foam ring around my neck- for a few nights - just so I don't lay awkwardly - something like a 'surgical collar'.

Ahhh! Thank you both so much for the suggestions. I am working on my poster and yep, it helps to stand straight and tall and even when driving sit up straight.
