adenosylcobalamin?

Ok, so I got me some methylcobalamin b12 vitamins for under the tongue, 5MG tablets to help with bells palsey, but I see that this container also mentions that it has adenosylcobalamin too, is this ok or should I just use the b12 that has methyl in it>?

This is fine. Adenosylcobolamin is another form of Vitamin B12, and some people need this form in addition to the methyl-B12 form.
