I get a fever 2 hours later?????? is that supposed to happen? I admit I chickened out a little on the quantity of epsom salts and hp I put in the bath cause I was scared about feeling like crapola. btw, is it ok to immediately shower after the bath or is that not a good idea for some reason? I used a "back cleaning brush" to dry brush prior cause Iforgot to get the "soft natural" one, is that ok if i don't mind the harshness of it?

Hi zizziz.  How long did you stay in the bath?  If you feel really bad, you may want to stay in for less time and build up the time gradually.  A natural brush is best.

Yes, it is possible to get a fever.  Things that bring up your body temperature (baths, exercise) and increase oxygen levels (exercise) in the body affect the bacteria.

Yes you should rinse off, preferably with cool water, after the bath.

I was in there for 30 minutes, felt like 3 hours. I didn't "feel bad" per say, but I did notice that I was warm and I "felt" I had a fever and when I took my temp I was right. So its ok to get a fever after these baths, I thought fever was a sign of infection, did we piss off the bacteria or what?
