A mini trampoline, which is called a rebounder helps to detoxify and strengthen the immune system. You don't have to jump. You kind of just bounce. Your lymphatic system does not have a pump like the circulatory system. It relies on specific body movement to make the lymph flow and do its job. The movement also cause the cells that eat bacteria to become more active. A must for all us Lymies!! More info here:

Here is one that sports authority sells for under $50.

You need to fight this with all you can. For less than $50,
it is soooo very worth it!

Next suspect Mother's Day 2007.  Diagnosed w/ Lyme and Bart June 2009. (awaiting more test results)

I have one. It is kind of fun. Doesn't take much energy just to bounce. My feet never leave the rebounder and it is nice and easy on your joints. Every little thing helps! If it strengthens your immune system and helps to detoxify, that is all good!

I am going to jump on our trampoline. We have had it for years. I did not like using it because it made my insides feel like they were falling out. Now I know why. I am going outside right now to jump!!! Thanks for the tip, ttlittlestar.

It is hard to believe something so very simple could have so many benefits. It goes way beyond what it can do for those of us with Lyme.

My alternative Dr. just told me several weeks ago to buy a mini trampoline and use it 15 mins a day 7 days per week.

Lord I can be dizzy enough without that!

Oh boy. Good idea but I would either fly off or fall for sure. My balance has not been good.

They do make models with handrails. You can hold on while you bounce :-)

Ttlittlestar, Thanks for posting. I removed all the junk off of mine today but can only manage 2 minutes right now. I guess that's a start and better than nothing. lol

RD--you still can use it. The link below tells how to use it in a sitting position if you are in a weakened condition:
