Everything you're describing now sounds like a herx. When I get off of my meds, I usually hurt pretty bad for 2 days then feel better by the third day.

I was ready to say screw it tonight and then stop everything but STUPID ME...I put a quote on my myspace yesterday that said "The most ominous of fallacies: the belief that things can be kept static by inaction." and it kept ringing in my head over and over until I swallowed the darn pills! lol

sounds like a herx to me. hope u feel better soon. and get to the bottom of it all.
The line is faded not showing where Lyme came in. I became a new Mommy n my Lyme decided to show itself. Swollen elephant like knee and finger and limiting back pain. Bell's palsey, weight loss as if I had no muscle on my bones anymore. And much more text book lyme symptoms. To a Lyme doc, after alot of there is nothing wrong with you and a recommend to counceling,he said V this is Lyme. What kept me pressing on I had Lyme while I was pregnant. I know I was not infected while pregnant. I am watching her with an eagle eye. God Bless everyone. Love Veronica. Were the ones who know about Lyme not the doctors. Isnt that just mad? Backwards. When I don't take my antibiotics, it doesn't take long for the symptoms to come raging back. I don't believe it is a herx which is from dying bacteria, I believe it is the bacteria alive doing it's damage.

I too long for the day when I won't have to take them. But the fact is that even after 2 1/2 years on them including IV, and trying cowden--- I still need them.
