We are kind of surprised that after we called them they said they would get back to us and still have not. Waiting.........but not sure for how long. Would have thought under the circumstances we would have heard from someone the next day.

mad
That would make me so mad that I might consult an attorney. And get him to write a letter. I wonder how quickly they would respond to that.
They need to learn their lesson. They need to be taught not to do that again. devil nono smilewinkgrin

You are covered by the Americans with Disabilities Act - their web page is a great resource for how and what to do in situations like this.  It could be that the person you called is not knowledgeable as to the law that covers people's rights with disabilities.  Store managers and district managers are going to play waiting games with you to see if you will just go away.  You are better off writing a letter to the president/chairman of the company about what happened.  That way it is documented and you will get the attention of the right people.  And they will know you mean business.

Good luck!  Dont let these buttheads get away with anything.

ttlittlestar, I highly recommend contacting the corporate office especially since you still have not heard from the local store.  I think corporate needs to know about this incident.

I agree that corporate needs to know. Not only did this happen to your child but it may also happen to someone else.

The number on the website is the number we called. Hard to believe no one got back to us with so much as an apology. My daughter does have witnesses. She did not go alone.

i wouldnt let this slide, as the next child may not have a great mom like you to back them up. they are in the wrong and should be made very aware of it.
