It could be that the person you called is not knowledgeable as to the law that covers people's rights with disabilities. Store managers and district managers are going to play waiting games with you to see if you will just go away. You are better off writing a letter to the president/chairman of the company about what happened. That way it is documented and you will get the attention of the right people. And they will know you mean business.
