We all know Lyme Land is one like no other!

I just wanted to say...though I've been suffering like crazy for the past week or so...I finished my last Flagyl dose yesterday morning...took 3 Tylenol PMs last night and got a wonderful night's sleep...and I woke up this morning and actually TOOK A SHOWER STANDING UP!!! It has been almost two months since this has even crossed my mind, let alone happened.

I decided not to push myself and still sit down while I shaved my legs, but I can't believe that I accomplished washing and conditioning my hair and bathing while standing!

I'm not sure if it is the Flagyl, the sleep, or what...but in this MOMENT (I say that lightly because 60 seconds from now that could all change) I do not feel like my nervous system is excited like it has been for the past 5 days.

The only thing I notice right now is that my left hand is shaking on exertion. It doesn't shake terribly, but you can definitely see it. I don't know why this happens to me sometimes!

So, even though I thought about not posting this because I didn't want to make anyone who is already having a bad day feel worse...I decided that everyone here is so supportive, the chances of me getting a "Yay!" are much higher than any negative feedback.

I don't need the jumps for joy, lol. I just had to share because I'm really beside myself in shock!

Current treatment (began June 10th 2009):
Biaxin 1000mg/day, Pulsing Flagyl 500mg/day 1 Week Every Month
