Try jumping over to the Anxiety/Panic Forum...I think maybe you will get more responses faster there.

I liked Klonopin. It helped a great deal with my anxiety, but I was so used to Valium that I decided to stick with Valium instead.
Current treatment (began June 10th 2009):
Biaxin 1000mg/day, Pulsing Flagyl 500mg/day 1 Week Every Month

Klonopin is a benzo, a lot like Valium and Xanax. It is more like Valium in that it has a long half-life. I have been prescribed both in the past for sleep. It will help with anxiety and help you sleep. I felt more groggy the next morning on Klonopin, which is why I stopped it. I prefer Valium.

Benzo? My Dr. has given me zanax but it does not do anything. And he will not give me Valium for some reason. I will see what he says tomorrow. I guess they are all addictive no?
I hoped over to the anxiety side already and will see what they have to say too.
Funny....the people over there are complaining of anxiety....depression..and all over joint pain too......hmmmmmmm
Sounds familiar?
My Dr. already told me to hire a good lawyer....lol
Well did that...
I feel groggy if I take more than .5 of zanax now. And with the lamictal...well...not sure if they mix. But I will find out tomorrow. He may up my lamictal now.

Martha i have been waiting to talk to you did u get my email. My daughter is having alot of symptoms she may have gotten lyme from me congenitally. We are currently waiting for her igenex WB. I wanted to compare symptoms of your children to see if they r th same, diahrea , sweating while sleeping, mood swings, lack of eating, fevering frequently, and excessive sleeping, n diaper rash.
With the truth that i cannot afford envita what is the treatment best for a 22 month old baby?
I hope u see this. -Veronica
The line is faded not showing where Lyme came in. I became a new Mommy n my Lyme decided to show itself. Swollen elephant like knee and finger and limiting back pain. Bell's palsey, weight loss as if I had no muscle on my bones anymore. And much more text book lyme symptoms. To a Lyme doc, after alot of there is nothing wrong with you and a recommend to counceling,he said V this is Lyme. What kept me pressing on I had Lyme while I was pregnant. I know I was not infected while pregnant. I am watching her with an eagle eye. God Bless everyone. Love Veronica. Were the ones who know about Lyme not the doctors. Isnt that just mad? Backwards. Sorry I had to filter my e-mails because I had so many people writing to me wanting to argue with me about envita.....lol
As if I have the time to talk someone into it now. I am not a sales person for them...lol

V> I will try to write to you directly about your baby. If I write to you..then you can write back to me. You will be in my book then.

22 mos...that is a tough one. I think that my Lilly was born with it too. But your baby does not sound well...
I will write to you now...and I can tell you all that I have tried.
Envita does not treat kids...not yet.
And honestly...I did not have the balls to put a port in Lilly...just too much for me now.
She is too tiny.
But I am going to write to you know and tell you some tips and suggestions.
:>)

Martha,

I had really bad anxiety/panic. I have been on everything for it. I find that klonopin works better for me. It reduces my anxiety/panic in less than 10 minutes if placed under the tongue and it has a longer half life. It works about 12 hours for me and I only take a tiny piece. It also helps me sleep. My husband uses it for restless legs.

The only negative thing I experienced was when taking it everyday at 2mg, I had to slowly wean myself off. I'm fine now and I just take it as needed.
I have Lyme Disease; Lyme Disease DOES NOT have ME!

What is the Dr.s name that see kids in Conn.???????? gosh cannot think of his name.....
He would be your man. He knows so much and kid are his specialty.
Lilly too had the high fevers all the time...like every 3 weeks. Nausea....vomitting, terrible fatique...migrains....photosensitivity, joint pain...legs felt like jello...or we call it our old lady legs...but now at 6 she says....arthriits...
The big problem is this...at 2 years...a sick baby..well, when they get around the sick kids at school, like at 3, well your daughter, like mine...when she got a simple cold, she was so sick that she would miss 2 weeks of school...every month. I could not and would not sent a child with a high fever to school.
So Lilly had to repeat...pre k 3....
You need to get ride of this bug that she cannot fight...and then do everything to build up her immune system. And that is done with a short list of supp. for kids and immune support for kids. and vit c and so on.
A Dr. who is only into nutrition and supp and kids would be the best person to talk to about this.
Envita gave me stuff for lilly. But they do not treat kids. Not yet. But they have so many sick moms..with sick kids, that I am sure that they are going to be doing that soon.

They are all addictive. Helpful though when used as prescribed. It is funny that he will not prescribe Valium. It was one of the first ever muscle relaxants. Xanax has an extremely short half-life.

Miss Martha!

This is your conscience speaking - you know, the softer side of you.

If you'd like to send me an email, I will forward the info to you of the dear one in CT who treats the children... then you will have it to pass along.

Blessings,
~d
