Long time no talk. In the Lyme world, we all know what that means (too sick to log in).

To update all of you, I am  in NC after seeing Dr. J for help.  Dr. C in Tampa is still my LLMD and is agreement and helped coordinate the visit.  I have made lots of progress but still have some to go.  Major problem now is CNS and fatigue.
I'll keep you posted.  Hope this finds you and your family well.

Thanks,  Jackie

For someone who has NO LLMD, may I ask, what does a specialist do that your present LLMD cannot do for you?? I thought they all had the same info, ideas, etc. Hope I am not being too personal, I have yet to find a LLMD at all.  I was just wondeirng if you find an LLMD why the need for a specialist, do they do further testing, etc?   Thanks  D

Not at all.  I am happy with my current LLMD. I think different LLMD's have similiar protocols just variations for the most part. As I have said, I've made a lot of progress but still have a ways to go. After 2 years, I have come back to this area (have family, place to stay, etc.) so my MD in Fla thought it would give me a break (as well as my husband who must really need  it!).  My plan is to travel between the 2 and see what happens!  Hope this helps.  Good luck with your treatment!
