pin size, non itchy, white dry bumps on top of feet and hands. If you scratch them off they turn red and scab over. any idea.. didn't really notice them until ABX treatment.. I think My llmd said something about bacteria of lyme.

hm...sounds like it could be toxins coming out through your skin...?
Current treatment (began June 10th 2009):
Biaxin 1000mg/day, Pulsing Flagyl 500mg/day 1 Week Every Month

It is something that happens with alot of autoimmune issues (white patches about the size of a pinhead to a very small pencil eraser), and no one has ever really got a good explaination for it (it could be the meds or it could be your immune system).

i bet its a combo of both.. when my immune system was in tact, i didn't have these.. once i had a flare or relapse and my immune (wbc count dropped) this happened.

I have them, almost small wart like in appearance....but not quite. Hard to explain. I have them all over the top of my feet, ankles, a few on legs and arms.

Have yet to go away. I wonder if it has anything to do with a high HHV-6 load count??

the more and more i think about it, who knows how long i've had them.. i never rub my feet, and they don't itch, so i'm not really paying attention. But since i'm checking every part of my body, i saw these things..

maybe i should do a hhv-6 test?

when you scratch them off, they turn red, sort of bleed, but not really.. and they don't itch.. i have them between my index finger and thumb also.,. a couple on my wrist...

Yes I have them on my hands as well. They do not bother me either, I shave over them etc. They kinda come off, at least the top layer does and they they just grow back again. Very small though.

Did your LLMD not test for EBV, HHV6 and co-infections?

That kind mystify me. Like I believe someone else just posted, I've never seen a consensus of opinion on their cause. They dont seem to be the sort consistent with toxin release, which tend to be red and inflamed looking, like great big angry zits.

Now that I've gotten pretty far along in my tx I've gotten conventional looking zits all over my upper back, shoulders, and even a few on my face. GAH.
