so today, i am at work and all of a sudden my right foot starts to ache..It feels like a knot on my sole and is very tender and sore to the touch, It became hard to walk on it, so i limped out to my car and went home after 9 hrs of work.. This might be hard tomorrow since i'm on my feet all day.. I came home and put my foot in epsom salt, and put some icy hot on it, but it didn't help.. I'm screwed.

Yikes James! That sounds very painful. I'm sorry you are going through that. I wish I had more advice but all I have is a hug:) Hope it all resolves soon.

Hopefully you'll wake up and it will be gone. That's usually my case. Just when i get down and out that my knee is swollen, my jaw tightens up and I wish it were my knee again. LOL.
