This is very weird. Everytime I take Vitamin C or echinacea, I feel really bad. My whole body feels like it's been run over by a mack truck. I especially notice it with Vitamin C. If I take it in powdered form, I get really irritable and sometimes I have rage problems.

I guess it sorta makes sense. There is a protocol with Vitamin C and salt and echinacea is for infection.

Has anyone else experienced worsening of symptoms while on either of these?

CG: I just got over the flu and on my worst day decided to take alot of Vit C for fever and awhile later felt absolutely horrible. I thought maybe it was the combo of Vit C and Tamiflu, but now you have me wondering.  (:

Something is definitely going on. This has happened everytime I've taken these two, especially the Vitamin C. I'm just putting it together now.

Btw, I'm sorry you had that nasty flu:(
