That's a good idea but make sure you don't overdue it. If you increase anything, do it gradually.

I'm so happy for you! I can't wait to be where you are again. I swear, my treadmill has been calling me, I just can't answer yet, lol.

Its been a long road. I think sometimes Iam lucky, it seems my physical symptoms are not as bad as others. My main symptoms are nuerological. I hope you will be able to answer the call of your treadmill soon!!! Thankyou for the positive words.

Mind if I ask what treatment you got and for how long and how long you had lyme before you were treated. Great to hear good news for a change!!

I was first dx with lyme in 1999. was only treated for a month the first time. Than thought I was fine and was not treated for about the next 8 years. However over that time things got worse. For the past year I was treated with Tetracycline. 2000mg. It helps with my physical pains, but not much with my neurological problems.

Exercise is a great way to get and stay healthy - mentally, physically, and all that and more.

Keep going. Don't injure yourself though!

Not Again, this is fantastic news! I agree, please be sure not to over do or push too hard! The fact that you even wanted to do this is a terrific sign!

that is great!!!

i was running 20 miles plus a week for 2 years before i got sick.. i'm wanting to start up again.. but i sill have this odd red blotchy rash that comes and goes.. i'm not sure if i should do anything but work and do daily activites for a while.. I thought about just lifting weights for about 6 months first.. then start cardio later

but it does feel great when you run.. i love it.. Good for you!!!

Thanks James. It did feel good. I also tried to do some light weight lifting for my arms, but i think they are still a little to weak. That was a little painful.
+lyme iam not pushing to hard. I was just so happy to do what I did today!
