To tell you the truth, it is the moderate exercise I get followed by sauna and hot tub. I'm home by 8 pm from the gym, in bed by 11 pm, and I sleep very soundly until 5 ish. This is a great improvement for me -- I used to toss and turn.
I do between a half an hour to 45 minutes of stationary biking/ treadmill and the best thing that wears me out , elliptical.
Stopped caffeine after 10 am too.
Turmeric may be helping but it's the exercise as I noticed last week when I didn't do my routine, I tossed and turned.
