Has anyone ever had to go on Provera a progestrone for female issues? While taking meds for Lymes and Babs?
Thanks for all your help.

You want to take bio-identical hormones, not provera. I have taken them for years and they are wonderful, especially the progesterone which is a natural calmative, restoring your ability to sleep. If you have ever been pregnant, you may remember that you slept extremely well after the first three months - thanks to progesterone levels being high. I wish I had known when I was younger that my progesterone levels are low. I had miscarriages and completely irregular periods. I could not sleep since the age of 12. I had migraines. What misery. . . . . then I got progesterone. . . . only to be bitten by a tick. How unfair.
